Location:
The Imperial Room at Rhodes Place is located at One Rhodes Place, in the Edgewood Section of Cranston, and is adjacent to the historic Rhodes-on-the- Pawtuxet.

Capacity:
The Imperial Room at Rhodes Place can comfortably seat 165 guests with a dance floor, or 235 guests without dancing. This beautiful room is a perfect setting for Wedding Receptions, Corporate Dinners, and Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations! (View the Imperial Room) 

Rental Charges:
Rental charges apply to all functions. Rental fees and deposits vary, based on the size and type of event. All reservations booked are tentative until the responsible party signs the proposal and remits the the required deposit.

Our experienced staff will be pleased to assist you in coordinating the details to ensure the success of your event.

 

Menu Selections:
All catering is done on the premises, and a large and varied banquet menu is available by request. Prices will be confirmed 90 days prior to the function date.

Breakfast, Seated Luncheon, Stationary Hors d’oeuvres,  Dinner (seated and buffet)

Beverages:
All beverages must be purchased at the Imperial Room. We reserve the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by any guest.

Guarantees:
A final count of the number of persons attending an event will be required seven days prior to the function date. Charges will be based on this count, or the actual count number of guests servers (higher count prevails). The Imperial Room at Rhodes Place will be prepared to set up and serve ten people over this number.

Audio / Visual Aids:
Audio / Visual Aids are available for rental. We require advance notice to ensure availability.

 

A taxable service charge of 18% will be added to all food and beverage items.  All prices quoted, unless otherwise specified, are subject to  7% Rhode Island State Sales tax and a 1% Local Food & Beverage Sales Tax.
